Shipping Policy

It is best to request your shipping quote via WhatsApp, as there may be extra charges for remote areas.

Any purchased item will be shipped in accordance with the declared handling time.
I am taking good care that items are well secured and safe.

Warning:
On international orders, please remember that it is your responsibility to clear all customs. I will not be held responsible for any of those.

Upon receiving the package

In case you see that the package is damaged, take a photo of the damage (before opening it) and send it to me.

Refund policy

Request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase.
Contact me within 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive something and are less than satisfied, please let me know and I will do what I can to make it right. Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback without contacting me.

Return policy

*All return requests must be notified and shipped back within 7 days of arrival. Once I receive your notification I will send you return instructions.
*All returned items must be sent in its original container/bag. Once I receive the item back, I will do a full refund within 5 days of arrival back, minus any shipping or customs fees.
*I would refund only if the item is sent back in the same condition as it was shipped (undamaged) and the expense of shipping cost both ways is the responsibility of the buyer.
*I do not accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
